It is envisioned the creation of collective workspaces devoted to businesses or activities currently developing work in architecture or satellite subjects spread over three different areas of Palácio Sinel Cordes. Each space offers a meeting room and a shared kitchen in a grand total of 337m2. The first residents were chosen based on a call for projects in 2014 assessed by a multidisciplinary jury formed by Graça Fonseca, João Luís Carrilho da Graça, Teresa Patrício Gouveia, Rui Horta and Manuel Henriques. For the opening of the 3rd area of ​​the creative cluster, a new call for projects will be launched.
