In Conflict is the Portuguese Representation at the 17th International Architecture Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia in 2020, which thinks of the city and the territory as collective constructions, as an arena of conflict and as an implicit condition for the plurality of democratic space, shaping the production of architecture. The project of atelier depA questions the problem of living in its physical and social dimensions, with an exhibition in the Pavilion of Portugal and an international cycle of six debates, taking place in Venice, Lisbon and Porto.

The aim is to extend the reach of In Conflict by calling proposals to bring together the agents of the transformation of city planning and design, with two debates: the first commissioned by two curators and the second, with cultural agents selected from the presentation of proposals through an open call. 

On 17 October 2020, the commissioners of the debate are Anna Puigjaner and Moisés Puente.
