In Conflict is the Portuguese Representation at the 17th International Architecture Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia in 2020, which thinks of the city and the territory as collective constructions, as an arena of conflict and as an implicit condition for the plurality of democratic space, shaping the production of architecture. Curated by depA questions the problem of living in its physical and social dimensions, with an exhibition in the Pavilion of Portugal and an international cycle of six debates, taking place in Venice, Lisbon and Porto.

This public event is the sixth and last debate selected through an open call. The proposal will be announced in July 2020.

The aim is to extend the reach of In Conflict by calling proposals to bring together agents of the transformation of city planning and design.
