Based in Matosinhos, Casa da Arquitectura is a non-profit organization created in 2007 whose purpose is to promote and disseminate architecture, namely through exhibitions, conferences, workshops and themed tours to spaces of architectural interest. According to its mission, it intends to become a programming and productive entity that promotes the circulation of content within a well-established network of national and international partnerships. With an archive and a collection of iconographic and emblematic work within architectonic culture, it inaugurates its new headquarters at Real Vinícola, in 2017, where it possesses a broad space for programming. Casa da Arquitectura is a founding associate member of the Triennale Association since 2010, having co-produced with the latter the first two editions of Open House Porto, in 2015 and 2016.
