Lisbon, 1983. Master of Architecture (IST, Lisbon, 2008), she concluded her PhD from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in 2016. Her thesis — "Resistance & Compromise – Spatial & Aesthetic approaches of Alternative Cultural Spaces in Lisbon, Ljubljana & Geneva" — focuses on spatial practices, informal architectures, visual aesthetics, alternative culture and urban and cultural policies. Scientific collaborator of the Creative Cities and Counter-Cultures project and of the AAi2 Lab of CCRE-CEAU-FAUP with Scopio Editions. Assistant of Master's courses at EPFL (2013–2017) and coordinator of the Ville en Tête association (2017), developing projects to raise awareness of the built environment, for children. She mediates illustration workshops and co-created community theater Odyssey for the Climate (2019). Collaborated with several architecture offices and research groups in Switzerland and Portugal. She writes articles, participates in conferences, provides guided tours and carries out projects in the areas of illustration, photography and the visual arts.
