About the Place
This hotel is located in the historic core, near the Sé Cathedral. The project’s starting point was the pre-existing building, part of a proletarian housing complex from the second half of the 19th century, of which almost only the façades were kept, due to its state of degradation. The existing building is almost totally occupied by bedrooms, except for part of the ground floor, where the hotel’s reception and some living areas are located, using the circular spaces of the old furnaces. Located in a terraced lot, in allows for a privileged view over the surrounding hills and the river. Taking advantage of the terraces that characterize the hillside, the roof is accessible, partially landscaped and with a warm coloured pool, an oasis in the city core.
