The Portuguese National Library marks its 50th anniversary with a unique display representing the unrelenting effort to adapt the building to the changing times. Curated by architects João Pardal Monteiro and João Paulo Martins, it mainly focuses on the processes of interior architecture and furniture design, and includes unique pieces, some never shown to the public.
