An informal group of inhabitants of Lisbon joined around a common concern: the perception of an abrupt change of the dynamics of the city and especially the sharp rise in house prices. They began by talking casually about what concerned them. These talks have become more regular. Common concerns have become a motto for the organization of a debate around the topic.
Housed in Palácio Sinel de Cordes, we aim to join several perspectives on the gentrification, tourism and rise in housing prices: causes, consequences and proposals.
