Alberto Campo Baeza (Valladolid, 1946) graduated from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid in 1971, and has a master since 1982 by the same institution, of which he is also a teacher and director since 1986. He has developed since then an intense career as a teacher in several prestigious institutions as E.T.H. Zurich, Royal Academy Copenhagen, École d’Architecture de Lausanne, Bauhaus Universitate Weimar and Harvard University, and others. Among the several distinctions we can mention the first awards at the Venice Biennale (Spanish Pavilion, 2012) and Miami Biennale (2000), the gold medal Heinrich Tessenow 2013 and the Prize of Teaching Excellency UPM. The event included the launching of Campo Baeza’s book, “Principia Architectonica”, published by Caleidoscópio.
