Triennale takes part in equity and inclusion seminar

From 22 to 24 November 2023, the VIII Equity and Inclusion Seminar on the theme Unity in Diversity. The training and cooperation programme open to the public at the Lisbon School of Education aims to inspire, contribute to the reflection on these topics and foster synergies among civil society agents, particularly working in education.

The Triennale is taking part in the first day's session at 12h on the theme "Is Inclusion Real?" with a presentation of the tactile children's book. The panel also brings together the humanitarian agency for crisis response and disaster risk Focus and the personal development association EDUPA for a debate moderated by children's studies specialist Ana Alves. 

In addition to the presence of various collaborative projects throughout Europe that address issues such as mobility, discrimination and accessibility, this event is attended by the Secretary of State for the Inclusion of People with Disabilities, Ana Sofia Antunes. The seminar is promoted by the National Agency for Erasmus+ Education and Training, a European Commission's programme.
