Francisco was born in Almada in 1966. He graduated in History from Lusíada University and holds a Master’s degree in Heritage Studies from Portugal’s Open University. A researcher in the areas of local and regional history, he focuses in his work on the localities and communities on the south bank of the Tagus estuary.
