EDA – Essays and Dialogues Association was founded in 2013 by Casa do Vapor Team. Since then it became a catalyst of ideas and a projects incubator. In three years of existence the association developed 7 projects of urban and social intervention through construction and activation of cultural spaces. The multinational team gathers professionals from different origins an disciplines, which combine different methodologies that adapt to each new project. It is named “Essays” due to the projects are experimental ideas carried out with the communities where they take place, and Dialogues because it only moves with the their support.
