National Library, Reference Room
Saturday 10am and 12pm
About this event
The stories of the National Library are told in small exhibitions, highlighting some curious episodes of its life during more than 200 years of existence. The documents and objects researched and exhibited give voice to little-known aspects of a heritage with so much to discover. It gives an account of the role that relevant figures from the National Library played in the revolutionary movements that broke out after the military movement of 28 May 1926, in the two revolutionary movements that marked 1927 - the February revolt and the coup of 12 August.
