About the Place
This residential and commercial building with three fronts closed an urban void and finished off a block formed by Avenida de Roma, Avenida Marconi, Avenida João XXI and Rua Cidade de Bucareste. With eight floors above ground and another three parking levels below ground, it fits into its surroundings thanks to its alignments with adjacent facades and lower ceiling heights. The glassed volume, whose presence contrasts with the João XXI building, accompanies the difference in level between the avenues and assumes the exceptional nature provided by the corner site. It houses four shops at the ground level and 65 one-bed to three-bed apartments on the upper floors.
