The project rationalizes areas and construction methods seeking, in such principles, its definition, its image, its form and its systems. The concrete slabs are apparent, marking the building’s horizontality and emphasizing the materiality of the façade. The orthogonal slabs determine the waved façades that individualize and make private each apartment.
