About the Place
Extension of a villa in Restelo with three floors and attic, where the expanded part, with a contemporary language, states its position and contrast with the original construction, always in dialogue. An indoor pool was built in the semi-buried basement with direct access to the garden and outdoor pool, and the ground floor was designed to house the entire social area. On the first floor there are three suites, including the master bedroom. The attic, a unique roomy multifunctional space, can be now used as a gym and gives access to a large terrace with stunning views over the Tagus estuary and the green hillside of Alto do Duque.
