About the Place
An architecture office in the Parochial Centre of the Church of Sagrado Coração de Jesus, which was designed and built in the 1960s and 1970s and won the Valmor Prize for architecture in 1975. The parochial complex, which was built between Rua de Santa Marta and Rua Camilo Castelo Branco, contains this space; before the current, provisional occupants moved in, the space was cleared and works carried out for the Lisbon Patriarchate departments were removed to return the space to its original characteristics.
