About the Place
These halls of residence for 335 students are the first phase in a total of three buildings that will provide almost 1,000 beds. The huge complex will give rise to a new urban dynamic in the heart of the Cidade Universitária campus, as they feature a central square that will serve as a meeting and recreational place and have shops and green spaces. The halls of residence, placed between noteworthy buildings on this campus, such as the National Library and the ISCTE building, reference examples of modern Portuguese and international architecture. The building has two accommodation wings, offering individual rooms or 1-bedroom apartments, with socialising and study spaces, pantries, laundry areas, three interior courtyards, as well as exterior zones, for a mixed, diversified occupation.
