Located at Avenida da Liberdade, this late 1960s building took advantage of the renovation of three office floors to implement a new dynamic in AON’s workspace. The interior design proposal intends to create a work environment that promotes productivity, comfort and connectivity. The informal workspace on the first floor is an area where the employees can use the space according to various dynamics: to meet, work or enjoy as a place to rest and relax. The space’s components were designed with the objective of allowing for maximum elasticity of use, in combination with movable walls that articulate with walls made of glass, enabling a game of transparency and light. On the two following floors, the more visible changes regard the lobby and the reception, where the concepts of comfort and institutional integrity are brought forth. Glass, which grants movement to the walls that divide the spaces, becomes the connecting element between the floors, providing visual continuity throughout the project.
