About the Place
Rizoma is a multi-sector cooperative based in the Anjos neighbourhood, promoting a sustainable, inclusive and community-based economy. Organised horizontally, it includes a self-managed grocery shop, a cooperative café and spaces for meetings, culture and co-working. The project encourages conscious consumption, supports local production and fosters active participation, promoting fairer and more ecological economic relations between consumers and producers, while providing a space for education and collective action.
