The apartment is located on the top floor of a building designed in 1922 for the Campo de Ourique neighbourhood. With generous dimensions and following the logic of “gaioleiro” type buildings, it features an extensive corridor that leads to successive rooms, culminating in a balcony with a magnificent view over Estrela and the several hills of Lisbon. The acquisition of the portion corresponding to the fraction in the roof allowed for the transformation of this dwelling into a duplex. This alteration enables the extension of the living room along the rear façade and balcony, ensuring greater natural light. Skylights punctuate the space, offering the hope of seeing the sky and the Stars – from the Basilica.
