Those who walk along Avenida Marechal Gomes da Costa will never guess that a warehouse has given way to these avant-garde offices. BI4ALL City, opened in 2021, is the workplace of around 300 people from this Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence consultancy company. The two buildings that make up 7,000 square metres multiply functions and environments to create an innovative programme favourable to the creative process and well-being. It includes multifunctional rooms, meeting rooms, training rooms, an auditorium, rooms for employees and clients, a pantry, restaurant areas, paddle courts, gym, spinning and yoga areas, and even a terrace. The architectural solutions reflect the will to revolutionise the normative office space. Maintaining the original industrial character of the buildings, an informal variety has been adopted for the choice of materials, as well as for space distribution and circulation. A vintage-style decoration completes the occupation of the space.
