This large-scale project urbanised the grounds of the former Warfare Weapons Factory of Braço de Prata. The Matinha Detail Plan, designed by the Risco studio, determined the essentially residential, leisurely and gardened character of this Marvila riverfront area, allowing urban continuity to Parque das Nações and ensuring the exceptional landscape of this real estate investment. Starting from a hierarchy of urban axes, a block solution allows the opening of secondary streets that frame the river. This permeability of views takes place on both the street and the hanging gardens in the blocks. The larger façades are clad with specially designed ceramic pieces. The buildings, built in phases, consist of shops on the ground floor, and housing of different typologies on the remaining floors.
