About the Place
This emblematic building shows how there is a place for new construction in Lisbon that can also change, improve and renew the city. The very history of Lisbon and this area of land reclaimed from the Tagus dictated a layout of structures that are perpendicular to the river and the creation of a square as a public space. The external aspect of the built structures changes whether in full light or half or full shade, and the work spaces are sheltered with patios on the various floors, with the public services part open to the horizontal square.
