About the Place
The Tower was conceived as a timeless building, clear and flexible enough to face any type of eventuality. Constructive rationality, layout flexibility, environmental comfort, and good energy performance were central aspects of the project. Despite its private mission, an office building has a strong public expression. This awareness was key to the design of the building and the surrounding landscape, such as the bespoke modular facade, the location of the double-height lobby, the flat public plaza, or the hybridisation of private and public properties. The interiors of the PLMJ offices and Foundation emphasise the creation of a space that combines elegance, functionality, and comfort, with a focus on the experience of those who walk through the spaces.
