About the Place
This apartment is part of a remarkable modern residential building in Olivais Norte, largely preserved in its original state. The intervention respects its construction and architectural features while adapting them to contemporary living. The kitchen retains its original layout, near the entrance and connected to the dining area, and some spaces were adjusted to enlarge the social areas. Particular care was taken to reuse and reapply existing materials, including joinery, flooring and skirting, integrating them with new elements. The kitchen retains its original layout, near the entrance and connected to the dining area.
