With uncertain origin in the 19th century, this is a modest building with the usual construction system at the time: wooden beams supported by resistant perimeter walls in stone masonry and frontals in Saint Andrew’s cross. With two floors and four homes, it is part of a relatively regular set along the Academy of Sciences. The renovation project maintains the volume, land structure and in general the original construction methods, redoing and improving the interior partition and adapting the building to contemporary needs.
