About the Place
This apartment was very compartmentalised, making it unsuited to contemporary living. The new design strikes a delicate balance between conservation and the recovery of the original essence, introducing elements that respond to modern demands. The living room is now the nerve centre, connecting to all remaining areas: kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. The central space also incorporates the interior yard space, opening up onto a new patio that includes a small swimming pool.
