The project for this building, created to be a science and technology park, is grounded on the assumptions of flexibility and the ability to evolve. Its forms have a regular square-based structure, designed in response to the ground’s irregularity and the different functional requirements, denoting a well-built concept of modularity. The architectural logic is based on this duplicity that opposes an opaque mass to openings and patios, through which the interior areas are illuminated and ventilated. It is also a way of reacting to a depreciated scenery by becoming its own landscape. Interior and exterior intersect at various levels, extending each other and opening visual perspectives that contribute to a feeling of amplitude.
