Part of the Olivais Norte plan inspired by the Athens Charter, this residential building features a central staircase that separates each of the four floors into two apartments. An important feature of the apartments is their mobile wall, a key functional and aesthetic design element that opens up and closes the shared areas, giving them flexibility and dynamism. The very modern organisation divides each apartment up into three areas: the reception spaces, consisting of a living room and a vestibule along the exterior; the kitchen area next to the living room; and the bedroom area with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The larger apartments have a small room next to the living room space for variable use.
