Situated by the Tagus and close to some of the key monuments from the Age of Sail, the design of this hotel intends to both respect and establish a strong relationship with its natural and built surroundings. Open to the riverside promenade, it concentrates its most public areas on the ground floor, including the dining spaces: Bar 38° 41′ and the Feitoria restaurant. References to distant places and exotic elements, once arriving at the port of Lisbon from the 16th century onwards, run through the decoration of the common areas and are reflected in the rooms, each evoking a different place.
