An experience at the Ismaili Centre

Children, young people and families are invited to take part in interactive learning. Activities that test their knowledge enhance their understanding of different art forms in the diversity of Muslim communities, such as literature and the art of storytelling, traditional dance and Arabic calligraphy. Throughout the visit they discover how architecture can convey broader ideas, concepts and beliefs, exploring ideas of diversity and pluralism, while considering the characteristics of the Ismaili Centre in Lisbon.
