About this event
In 2019, visual artist and photographer Pauliana Valente Pimentel began portraying families from the Algarve's Roma community: "This work aims to show the daily life of these families, emphasising their traditions, in order to combat prejudices and racist and xenophobic stereotypes." From this series of works she is now presenting a significant selection of photographs printed on fabrics, installed throughout the gallery.
